Dan was incredibly professional, once contacted he came and gave me a quote, 2 weeks later the ducted system was installed in less than a day. All the team were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. He moved the existing wall unit downstairs as well. I would recommend DE air conditioning to anyone looking to install air conditioning. after we discovered water leaking through our roof, which turned out to be our aircon, we were told we would need to replace our ducted air, We spoke to the original people we had used but they were very rude (and it appeared the leak was as a result of something dodgy they did) so we contacted DE. Daniel was able to come and look at the issue within a day or so, he went through all our options with us, which aligned with everything the insurer assessor had told us, he sent us quotes with all the various options he discussed, we chose what we wanted and booked it in. They arrived on time, were very mindful of our animals, and did an amazing job. Something must have got knocked with our TV antennae in the roof, i messaged that night when i discovered and they came out early the next morning and fixed it. And for me the most important thing is, Daniel will contact me each year to let me know my air is due for a service so i don't have to remember to contact him.
